Lars H. Flæten – Executive Director
Lars H. Flæten trained as a musician before taking courses in business administration, and has many years' experience of working at the crossroads of arts and business. In addition to heading Scanarts he is Executive Director for the Queen Sonja International Music Competition.
Sven Henning – Artistic Director
Sven Henning has had a long and varied career in theatre and music, both nationally and internationally, including periods as Artistic Director of Bergen International Festival and Director of Concerts at Rikskonsertene, Concerts Norway. Until recently he was Artistic Adviser and Coordinator of the Norwegian Chamber Orchestra. He has run music projects in numerous countries, on several continents. He is also Artistic Coordinator for the Queen Sonja International Music Competition.
